1. Rates are determined with client. And estimated on home and needs of clients. Subject to change unless written contract. 

2. Payment: unless written contract (offices commercial) 

Payments are due with in 3 days of scheduled clean. (Unless communicated with client.) accepted forms of payment are cash, venmo, paypal, check. If check does not clear there will be a $40 fee and payment will be due immediately.

3. Cancelations: we may need to reschedule a clean due to sickness, weather, family emergencies, will notify asap and will promptly communicate another time to clean. 

Client may cancel with notice. More than 3 cancelations with in a row may result in foregoing cleans until further arrangements are made. 

4.Hours: hours are subject to change with out notice. All emails text calls and or messages will be responded with in 24 hours. Vacations will be communicated with clients weeks in advanced. Client may have to forgo a clean those days or work a rescheduled time that works for all parties. 

5.Cleaning: all cleaning supplies are communicated with client. We are not responsible for any unknown allergies not communicated before clean. Any items, surfaces, and or rooms not to be cleaned or require special attention according to client must be communicated with us in advanced.

All incidents in the home will be communicated with client. If there is a surface item in home that is damaged before clean we will communicate with client as we are not responsible for those items. 

6.Fleas/bed bugs: it is important to note we understand this happens in the home. We will not clean a home if present. We reserve the right to cancel clean and or forgo any scheduled cleans if they are present. We will work with client to try and get them the right tools to eliminate the issue. And continue clean if we feel the issue has been eliminated. This is not guarenteed. We expect all clients to communicate with us if they have fleas or bedbugs before we come and clean. It is the responsibility of client to keep us informed on this issue.
